My first startup: an appointment platform for barber shops in Turkey.

It didn't work out, but it taught me how different building a real product is from simply writing code: talking to customers, deploying software, selling, and figuring out what people actually want.

Heist-sim

A multi-agent cooperation and betrayal simulation under NeumannX.

AI agents take roles in a heist scenario while the system tracks trust and suspicion between them. Post-scenario interviews help study why agents cooperate or betray each other, and which interventions reduce betrayal rates.
